The tragic fatal accident on Highway 16 on Nov. 19th caused miles and miles of backup, leaving many sitting on the road for hours. After enjoying two cups of coffee we set out for Tacoma, and three hours later we only had gone 5 miles. No need to mention how welcoming the sight of SERVPRO located on Highway 3 was. The gentleman who worked there was more than happy to allow us to use the company's employee restroom.

I wanted to be sure that he and others know how this SERVPRO employee helped out so many in a very stressful situation and to thank SERVPRO for the use of their facility.
