Alex Hughes
SERVPRO of Kitsap County greatly benefited from acquiring someone with the wealth of knowledge and experience of 40-year construction industry veteran Alexander Hughes. As our Project Manager of Construction Services, Alexander oversees operations of post-disaster repairs and reconstruction projects, ensuring they are done to our high expectations and stay on schedule.
With his former experience as a Commercial Superintendent and Quality Control Manager, he brings a keen eye for detail to the crew. He is among our most accredited crew members, with certifications for OSHA 30, Procore, USACE QC, and GREEN Construction. These accreditations illustrate everything from a knowledge of safe workplace practices to sustainable solutions for construction projects. In addition, Alex has a Level 7 forklift operator and trainer license and is trained and certified in life-saving job site techniques like CPR/AED.
Being active in the community is something Alexander is passionate about, from being a member of the 014 Chapter of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles to his role in a charity-funded rebuild of structures in an Olympia, WA, park.
When he isn’t dressed in SERVPRO greens, Alexander is likely on his motorcycle, trying to catch some fish, experiencing the great outdoors through camping, or enjoying his family.

Blake Hite
Claiming nearly a decade of knowledge and hands-on experience before finding his way to SERVPRO of Kitsap County, our construction project manager, Blake Hite, brings a deep well of project-specific experience and problem-solving skills to our crew. In his years before joining our team, Blake was an Assistant Construction Manager of a construction crew traveling the county and building homes for assisted living communities. This experience and knowledge of multi-family builds gives him an advantage in assessing structural integrity and craftsmanship in restoring and rebuilding homes after a disaster.
While he might be newer to restoration, Blake’s expertise and knowledge for builds prove invaluable in post-disaster construction. Whether fire, water, or storm damage, he approaches the task with precision and craftsmanship
When he isn’t helping home and business owners recover from devastating losses, Blake is a student of the outdoors. Much of his free time in Gig Harbor, WA, where he lives, is spent fishing, hiking, and shooting some pool. His calling to the restoration industry stems from his desire to help others, a trait evident in his former work with search and rescue operations in the region.
