As the last office staffer left for the day she noticed water streaming out of the locker room into the hallway at one of our high schools. We called back our facilities team and isolated the problem to a blown water line serving the heating unit above the ceiling. We contacted SERVPRO (after hours) and our team started extracting. SERVPRO's response was amazingly fast. Upon arrival they quickly assessed the work that was under way, and identified where they could best be of service. The coordination was excellent. End result - greatly mitigated loss and quick dry-out. This could have been so much worse. We really appreciated SERVPRO's quick response and technical support.

Fantastic Service and communication! I would like to personally commend Nick who was mainly assigned to our home, during our water damage into our home. Nick is the consummate professional, he has the "can-do" attitude that people seek, and has genuineness which is hard to find these days. The utmost respectful personality and attention to detail work that is expected during these times of crisis - the disruption of ones domicile. I would also like to thank Chris for his professionalism and making things happen for his customers, very happy with Chris' work as well - these two employees are true gems for SERVPRO. Chris's quick actions and "can-do" attitude is admirable and his work is spot on as well. Communication - again, flawless. Thanks for being there and attending to getting our home back to "home." We are in the process of using SERVPRO for our insurance claim needs during a major roof compromise and water entry into the house. Brittany, Jarunya, and Lacie were sent to clean our entire house for an unforeseen event. This is only the small scope of work that has been accomplished, but I wanted to ensure these professional women received the proper recognition, even though we have a ways to go on completion of our restoration. Brittany, Jarunya, Lacie are GENUINELY respectful (no act!), professional, caring, and trustworthy and did an amazing job without supervision. They kept on task and followed procedures. It's refreshing when you don't have to babysit workers and we even left them in our house alone for almost 5 hours, gave instructions on how to lock the home, and notify us when they departed. It was flawless. Communication is ALWAYS a must and communication continuity is the difference between a stressful/missed expectation and the difference of helping cut through the stress by communicating. Brittany ensured communication was at the top of the list, and not only surpassed our expectations, but accomplished that expectation goal of trust and follow-through in all aspects. We bought a house and moved to Port Orchard from Long Beach, CA in June. Our FIRST morning in our new house, there was a pre-existing drain clog that caused a downstairs toilet to flood our basement rooms with sewage water. Awful!

SERVPRO got here before the plumbers. They began water damage remediation that same day. We were so pleased with their work and service we hired them to rebuild the damaged walls and floors.

Hal, Jory, Andrew--all good folks, easy to talk to, professional, kind. Hal worked with our insurance carrier, who were very slow and reluctant to respond ((STATE FARM!!)) and saved us a lot of hassle and stress. Jory and Andrew were awesome to have come to our home--pleasant, competent, hard-working. Really, all the people we dealt with in this company have been so kind; they've made a very difficult situation something we could live with.

The job was just completed today, and I think it looks better than when we bought the house! Thanks, everybody!

We are more impressed with this company than we can possibly convey to you in a review, but we are going to try. We worked with three different people from this company -- Chris, Tony, and Jonathan. They were incredibly knowledgeable about water damage and gave us lots of useful information (which we needed -- I am the kind of person who asks ten million questions). These men put their hearts into what they are doing. Also, they came on time, answered phone calls promptly, and were just generally amazing. If anyone has water damage, call immediately, and they will be at your house within two hours. We are so, so, so appreciative. Without their help, we would have had a major mold problem on our hands.
